Process:

1. Book your On Demand- Home Service!

• Complete booking of your chosen Home Service package on Lay Bare's Web Store.
• Once booking is completed, a Lay Bare representative will call to confirm full payment and schedule. 
• If you haven't received any message or call within 24 hours, please message us on our Facebook page.

2. Pre Home Service

• You will receive a message from your Lay Bare Pro Waxer within 24 hours of your scheduled Home Service to reconfirm schedule and availed services.
• Make sure to add all services you need ahead of time as they will only be bringing the tools and materials for the confirmed service and number of people that will be serviced.

3. Day of Home Service

• On the day of the scheduled home service, open your lines to assist Pro Waxer for directions.
• Once they arrived, the Pro Waxer will prepare their tools and materials to be used for the services.
• Waxing time!
• Pro Waxer allocated specific time to accommodate all confirmed services. Rest assured they will take their time to make sure you're satisfied with the result.

4. Post Home Service

• We'll send a quick survey and upon completion, we'll send a voucher you can use on the Web Store for your next purchase.
  

Specifications:

• COD is not available for all Lay Bare On Demand Home Services.
• Full Payment should be settled before the confirmed scheduled date of home service. 
• You may settle payment within the web store or with the Lay Bare Representative. 
• All services will be professionally done by our Lay Bare Pro Waxer at the comfort of your own home.   
• All tools and materials for the services will be included and brought by the Pro Waxer.
• Transportation fees are included.
• Tips are optional but encouraged.
• Cancellation of booking is not allowed. You may reschedule the booking at least 24 hours before the confirmed schedule.  
• Lay Bare On Demand Home Service is only available at Paranaque City, Quezon City, Pasay City, Makati City and Taguig City. Locations outside the select cities will still be subject for evaluation.
